I purposefully keep the number of clients I am engaged with at any one time minimal so that I can devote as much time to you as you feel necessary. As you will see in my methodology of coaching, I am available to you my client 24/7/360 and I shadow my clients for a day or two so that I can become familiar with their leadership style.
My Coaching style has been influenced by the University of Pennsylvania's Positive Psychology program. You and I will explore best practices and use your strengths to realize your goals.
Clinical & Non-Clinical Experienced
I work with both HealthCare Executives and Physician Leaders. I have started and been the decision maker in multiple companies in HealthCare related to clinical support services, hospital equipment and supplies, and physician practice management. I have dealt with all the same problems HealthCare organizations face and know intimately the operational problems physicians encounter in their practices and in their relationships with healthcare organizations.
I am fluent in both the clinical and non-clinical issues in healthcare. Recently, I helped an entrepreneurial start-up open a totally new service to healthcare and worked closely with a service line developer to incorporate their knowledge into the integrative care market.
I became a professionally certified coach after attending a graduate level program at Fielding Graduate University. Then, another post-graduate certificate was obtained from the Physician Coaching Institute.
